Sundance Film Festival: London unveils full schedule with Censor, Zola, CODA and more | Movies
About a month ago, we learned of Sundance London’s intention to welcome audiences to theaters again with films including Edgar Wright’s documentary The Sparks Brothers and plans to go on tour. We now have more details on the full program, which also includes the Prano Bailey-Bond program. Censor, Sean Durkin The nest and the UK premiere of Janicza Bravo Zola.
Taking place from July 29 to August 1 at Picturehouse Central in London, the festival will celebrate both British talent and international filmmakers, with screenings, short films, discussions and presentations around different cinematic topics.
Showcasing films that have been successful at this year’s main Sundance Fest, the event will also feature films like Sian Heder CODA, by Nikole Beckwith Together together and that of Fran Kranz Mass, which stars Jason Isaacs and Ann Dowd. Not to mention this year’s surprise movie, which will be announced later.
For those wondering when UK Sundance might put films on tour, this is your year, because The nest, Write with fire and Zola will be screened in more than 30 cinemas.
Sundance Film Festival tickets are on sale now, with priority booking for Picturehouse members and Sundance Film Festival ticket holders starting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 4.
